Store Policy

1. All Sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of the items being sold.
2. Please insert the correct address and provide an apartment/suite number if applicable. If your item is returned to us because it was not able to be delivered, you will have to pay a reshipment fee.
3. We work from Monday through Friday  and orders take approximately 1-3 business days to ship.  Emails and Direct Messages will be responded to as soon as possible. We try to get orders out in 1 -2 business days, but it depends on the volume of orders received. During seasons with high volume orders, it can take up to 5 business days for order to SHIP.  We are not responsible when you insert the wrong address. We are NOT responsible for LOST or stolen packages. USPS is usually reliable, but they can be delayed due to weather etc. WE are also not responsible for delays by USPS.       
4. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds.
5. Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed.
6. Some large/risk orders can require ID!!
